Wide open space in the middle of the city

The space available for rent in the former airport building totals approximately 179,000 m². The check-in hall, hangars and gates are used exclusively for event rental. At the moment, roughly 80,000 m² office and commercial space is rented out, a large portion of it being occupied by administrative authorities such as the police administration, Berlin Traffic Control (VLB) and over 100 other private and commercial users.

The location enjoys very good access to public transport system. Two U-Bahn stations (Platz der Luftbrücke and Paradestraße) are found in the direct vicinity.

It takes only three minutes by car to reach the Tempelhofer Damm on/off ramp to the A 100 motorway. It also takes only 20 minutes by car to reach the forthcoming Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport and only 10 minutes to arrive at the ICC exhibition grounds. Also only 10 minutes away is the Südkreuz Train Station with its regional and ICE trains. You only need to ride four U-Bahn stations to reach Friedrichstraße and it takes only 15 U-Bahn minutes to get to Potsdamer Platz.
